Orlando is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the east coast of the United States, being in close proximity to the sunny Florida beaches as well as the world-famous Disney World. Orlando has two international airports, Orlando International Airport and Orlando-Sanford International Airport, both of which are visited by a huge array of airlines. Orlando-Sanford, located to the north of the city of Orlando, is serviced by a number of British airlines such as First Choice, Monarch, Thomas Cook, Thomson Fly. If you are flying into Orlando-Sanford you should find that Alamo, Avis, Budget, Hertz, Thrifty and others operate from the terminal. You can reach Orlando by following East Airport Boulevard onto the Seminole Expressway which will in turn lead you onto the number 4 highway and straight into Orlando.

Orlando International Airport, meanwhile, is serviced by many international companies including British Airways, Lufthansa, Air France, Virgin Atlantic, BMI, Singapore Airlines and Qantas, amongst others. The airport is located on the southern outskirts of the city and has a large complex of two attached terminal each with several levels (British Airways operates out of Terminal B whilst Virgin runs out of Terminal A). All of the car hire companies are located on the bottom level (level one), and include Avis, Alamo, Budget, National, Dollar Car Rental and E-Z Rent A Car. There are also a number of hire companies that do not have desks n the terminal but which are reachable by courtesy shuttle; these include Hertz, Thrifty, Enterprise and Advantage. To get into Orlando from the International Airport, take the Beachline Expressway to the Florida/Ronald Reagan Turnpike. This will eventually lead to Highway 4, which will take you into the city.
